About the building

The building is known for its terra cotta detailing and is one of a group of 1920s apartment towers that line Lakeview Avenue across from the park. It is near Fullerton Parkway, the Lakefront Trail and the Lincoln Park Conservatory.

Because it is a co-op, buyers purchase shares in the corporation that owns the building rather than a deeded unit. Co-op boards typically approve buyers, and financing and down payment rules differ from condos, so ask early about the board’s requirements.
