Live Lincoln Park (livelincolnpark.com) is a neighborhood guide to Lincoln Park, Chicago, supported by Joe Bjorklund, a licensed real estate broker with Baird & Warner. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, such as a home value request, a school zone question, the market report signup or the relocation guide request, we collect what you enter: usually your name and email address, and depending on the form, your phone number, a property address and any notes you add.
How it is used
- To answer your request, for example to send a home value range or confirm assigned schools.
- If you sign up for the market report, to email you the monthly report.
- For Joe Bjorklund to follow up about your request or about real estate questions related to it.
Form submissions are emailed to Joe Bjorklund and stored in the site’s database so requests aren’t lost. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with other businesses for their marketing.
Unsubscribing and removal
You can stop the market report at any time by replying to any report and asking to unsubscribe. To have your information corrected or deleted, contact us through the contact page.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set basic cookies needed for the site to work, such as when you submit a form. Pages may load maps or embedded content from other services, which have their own privacy policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
