Colectivo Coffee’s Lincoln Park cafe is at 2530 N. Clark St., near North Pond. It was the company’s first Chicago cafe and is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
What it’s known for
Colectivo started in an old warehouse in Milwaukee and has been roasting coffee daily there since 1993. Its pastries come from Troubadour, the company’s own bakery. The Lincoln Park cafe serves Colectivo’s All-Day Breakfast and Cafe Eats menus, which include burritos and sandwiches, along with seasonal drinks; the fall 2026 lineup includes a Pumpkin Spice Fluff Latte, a Pomegranate Apple Cider Spritz and a Maple Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew.
The space is built for lingering: huge storefront windows bring in natural light, and a spacious covered patio has an outdoor fire pit.
