The Brunchery is a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant on Clark Street in Lincoln Park, on the same corner where Frances’ Deli opened in 1938. Executive chef Derek Rylon runs it as a scratch kitchen, making sauces, batters and syrups in house.
French toast flights are a signature, alongside waffles, biscuits and gravy, chicken fried steak and mimosa flights. WGN featured Rylon and partner Chris Haris in March 2026. The restaurant is open daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
