Spoko is a Polish street food restaurant and beer garden on Armitage Avenue in Lincoln Park. The menu centers on zapiekanka, open-face baguettes with toppings such as mushrooms and cheese or figs and prosciutto, along with maczanka pulled meat sandwiches, schnitzel, potato pancakes, kielbasa and hand-spun milkshakes.
Chef Artur Wnorowski and Gosia Pieniazek, the husband-and-wife team behind Pierogi Kitchen and Wurst Behavior, opened Spoko in early 2025 in the former Ella’s BBQ space, according to Axios Chicago. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a patio.
