Sushi Taku Rotary, also styled STR, is an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant on Webster Avenue in Lincoln Park where plates travel past diners on a rotary conveyor belt. The menu mixes classic nigiri and rolls with inventive rolls and seasonal dishes.
WhatNow reported in 2024 that the restaurant was filed as a new branch of the Chicago-based Sushi Taku family. STR serves lunch and dinner daily, with last seatings 30 to 15 minutes before close, and takes walk-ins through an online waitlist.
