Bespoke Sport + Physio is a personal training and physical therapy facility in Suite 1000B of 2000 N Racine Ave in Lincoln Park, at the corner of Armitage Avenue. It grew out of Studio DelCorpo, a training studio founded in 2012, and took its current name around 2025.
The 5,000-square-foot facility is co-owned by trainer Cheryl Delio-Malham and physical therapists Brett Painter and John Randa. Services include personal training, one-on-one physical therapy, therapist-led performance training, blood-flow-restriction training, golf training using the Titleist Performance Institute method, dry needling and nutrition coaching.
Good to know: training and therapy are by appointment; there are no group classes. The clinic is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare for physical therapy.
